A Contract between the customer and The International Montessori Education Foundation Limited for the sale of our products exists once an order has been accepted.
Prices and availability of products may be subject to change without notice. A delivery charge may be added to your order where appropriate.
We take pride in the quality of our products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason the product is not the right size, we will exchange it for you.
We regret that we cannot accept items for exchange if they have been damaged by improper care.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications in this website are correct at the time of publication. While the picture is a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. We reserve the right to amend price without notice.
In order to process your order we will require your name, e-mail address, credit card number and expiry date. We will also require your telephone number so we can contact you with any queries.
When we use a third party for delivery we will pass some of this information along to them, but in no circumstance will we communicate your credit card details to any third party, except for the verification and processing of the payment transaction. The verification and processing of payment information is handled by AsiaPay (www.asiapay.com).

Deliveries made at The International Montessori School are free of charge, and will be made on the 2nd Thursday immediately following our order confirmation. Overseas deliveries by post will be made at the rates published on our website, which depend on weight and destination.
