Will orders be confirmed?
All orders placed through our website are not considered accepted until they are confirmed by us by return e-mail, as some items may not be in stock for delivery at the time of ordering.
What are your shop hours?
You can order through the website 24 hours a day, during the school year. We will process your orders as early as possible, during the next business day.
How can I pay?
All orders must be prepaid by credit card online. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or American Express. All personal details will be treated in strictest confidence, and in accordance with our privacy policy.
How will my purchases be delivered?
Deliveries at IMS will be made free of charge, and will be handed to your child on the first Thursday immediately following the date of purchase.
Deliveries to all other areas will be made by post, with the postage fee calculated in your shopping cart.
What is our return policy?
If you are not entirely happy with the item you have purchased, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original invoice and packaging.
Please note that our return policy does not apply to books, toys and games.

When returning items, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit. Please note that we will not be responsible for any delivery charges for returned items.
